France

France is set to obtain €16.8 billion from structural funds (including the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund) and €900 million from the Just Transition Fund. Notably, it will also receive €37.4 billion in grants from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, making it the third largest receiver of Recovery funding after Italy and Spain.
